2014 Registration Form - must fill out completely.
Additional registration information will need to be submitted ONLINE by a parent or guardian after initial signup and payment is made. You will be given a link by the registration coordinator, via email, after you have attended the registration and completed the form & payment process.

Football Fee = $275 (full payment is required for all new players.)
Cheerleader fees = $300 (minimum of $150 is required for all new cheerleaders.)
For veteran players/cheerleaders, payments can be made at all registration dates. We suggest not waiting until orientation to finish paying off your balance.
Payment in full is due by July 11, 2014. Should you decide before orientation that you do not want to play football/cheer, you will be refunded your payment minus $50.00 (football) / $100 (cheer) non-refundable fee. There are no refunds after orientation unless you are cut from the team, minus $50.00 (football) / $100 (cheer) non-refundable fee.
MANDATORY FUNDRAISING: Our fees do NOT include mandatory fundraising costs. We have a cookie dough fundraiser with the option to sell or buyout ($80). This is NOT paid during registration.

2014 Season Startup:
July 9th thru 11th (Wed/Thurs/Fri) from 6pm - 7pm FOOTBALL PLAYERS ONLY: One (1) Hour football conditioning clinic at St. Mary's High School. This is your last chance to decide if you want to participate in our program in order to receive your refund (see refund policy).
July 11th (Fri) from 7pm-8pm - MANDATORY PARENT ORIENTATION for CHEER & FOOTBALL. Located at the football field, home side bleachers. We will be set up at 6pm to hand out player cards** and collect outstanding payments. This orientation is for Cheerleaders & Football Players and is MANDATORY. **you must be paid in full & fully registered online to receive your player card at orientation.
July 14th thru 18th (Mon-Fri) from 6pm - 8pm FOOTBALL PLAYERS ONLY: MANDATORY Two (2) Hour Football Conditioning Clinic at St. Mary's High School. You must have your MEDICAL RELEASE FORM & PLAYER CARD in order to get thru the gates and participate in your FIRST day at the clinic and/or practice.
July 21st (Mon) from 6pm - 8pm: First Official Day of Practice for CHEER & FOOTBALL!!!
Practices for CHEER & FOOTBALL will be Monday thru Friday at St. Mary's High School from 6pm-8pm until the end of August.
July 26th (Sat) - Cheer Camp (Cheer Odyssey)

5/17/14 - Sat - 12pm-2pm @ St. Mary's
6/17/14 - Tues - 5:30pm-7pm @ St. Mary's, during the Pride & Tradition Camp
